Mail: 3939 Mission Boulevard, # H, San Diego, California 92109

Parents or legal guardians may submit requests on behalf of their minor children.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of selling/sharing personal information.

Sale/Share of Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide opt-out options. If we ever sell or share data in the future, we would not do so for consumers under 16 without the required prior opt-in (parental consent for under 13; the minor’s consent for ages 13–15).

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended to be booked by adults. We allow participation by minors, but bookings and consent should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect limited information about minor participants from a parent/guardian solely to provide our services, verify eligibility and safety requirements, and manage the booking. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 via our website. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We retain booking records only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting requirements). In general, contact and booking records may be retained for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations; security logs for up to 12 months; and analytics data for up to 26 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
